Rastec Sisälogistiikka Oy (hereinafter Rastec) customer and marketing register

4. Purpose of the register

Personal data is processed in connection with Rastec's orders, invoicing, collection, contacts, customer service, customer surveys, service development, reporting, customer communications, marketing and other customer relationship management activities

The customer data contained in the register may also be used for direct mail, distance or other direct marketing, opinion polls, market research or other similar addressed mailings by the controller and its affiliated companies and their partners

The data is stored in information systems that are protected by technical means. Only employees of the company have access to the data contained in the register, with access rights granted by the controller

The persons who process the data in the register are bound by the obligation of secrecy and confidentiality

9. Right of access, refusal and rectification

The data subject has the right to check what information about him or her has been recorded in the register. A written request for inspection must be signed and sent to Veivikatu 8, 15230 Lahti, Finland. The envelope must be marked 'Request for verification of personal data'

The data subject has the right to object to the processing and disclosure of data concerning him/her for direct marketing, distance selling or other direct marketing, opinion polling and market research. The objection can be made by contacting the Controller's customer service by e-mail myynti.lahti@intolog.fi or by telephone 03 7334613

The controller shall, on its own initiative or at the request of the data subject, rectify, erase or complete personal data contained in the register which are inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete or out of date for the purposes of processing. In order to exercise the right of access and rectification, the person responsible for the register should be contacted by letter
