About the online shop
Our online shop is mainly aimed at businesses, which is why all our prices are indicated with VAT 0%.
Our products are sold by Rastec Sisälogistiikka Oy with business ID 2241450-3. We sell products to companies and individuals in Finland
Ordering
When ordering products via the online store at https://rastec.fi, it is done through the shopping cart. Before you can order products, you must log in as a user and fill in the registration form when ordering, i.e. your name, contact and billing information and, as a business customer, your business ID
Orders will be confirmed by e-mail, indicating the final price of the order, including delivery and packaging costs. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order. The customer agrees to be bound by the delivery conditions in force for each order
Prices
VAT will be added to the prices of the products. Prices do not include packaging and delivery costs. We reserve the right to change prices and products. Prices are valid until further notice.
If you already have a Rastec Sisälogistiikka Oy customer number, please mention it when ordering so that we can comply with the terms of sale agreed in advance
Delivery conditions
The delivery terms are carriage paid with packaging (FCA). You can collect the products from our warehouse at the time stated in the order confirmation or we can send them by your own freight contract at no extra charge. Chargeable freight is delivered by Kaukokiido free on truck to your business address or home address (CIP). Unloading from the truck is the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that the goods are delivered according to the carrier's schedule (8-16) and that you cannot choose a specific time for delivery. Waiting time, prolonged unloading or unnecessary visits will be charged separately according to the carrier's price list. If you have any special requests regarding transport, please contact our sales department before placing your order. We are then able to arrange, for example, scheduled distribution or unloading as an additional service for a fee. As a cheaper alternative to home delivery, we can deliver the goods to the nearest Kaukokiido terminal for you to pick up. In this case, please choose corporate freight and the nearest terminal to Kaukokiido as the delivery address
To minimise freight costs (volume), the products are delivered unassembled unless otherwise stated. If agreed in advance, we can assemble the products for an additional charge
Shipments are delivered at the buyer's risk and we can insure shipments at the buyer's separate request and expense. Any transport damage must be noted on the consignment note before acknowledgement of receipt
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the quantity and size of the products. Deliveries of individual stock items can be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Bulky products are packed on pallets or in bundles, which may take 4-6 working days to process the order
The delivery time indicated in our online shop is indicative and means working/working days. To these must be added the time required for transport. Occasionally, due to high demand, the delivery time may differ and if the delivery date is critical, please let us know in the additional field of the order or by contacting our sales department
Terms of payment
For business customers, the payment term is 14pc net or by agreement. We can send the invoice by e-mail or online. We will check your credit information. Late payment interest according to the interest law
Individual customers can choose to pay via Paytrail or by Walley Invoice, in which case you accept Walley's General Terms and Conditions for Invoices and Account Credit and the Standard European Consumer Credit Information when ordering
Guarantee
A guarantee issued by the manufacturer of the product against manufacturing and raw material defects. The warranty is for a minimum of one year

Packaging accessories such as pallets, pallet collars, spacers, etc. are added to the price and charged at cost (VAT 0%)

We refund returned packaging materials. Returns for the account of the customer
Returns to
Returns and/or exchanges must always be agreed in advance with the seller. The return freight is paid by the sender. In case of no prior agreement, we will refund up to 80% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the goods when they reach us. The right of return does not apply to used, broken or special products or to large orders
Inspection of shipments
If the product is damaged in transit, the consignee must immediately mark it as a reservation on the consignment note before signing it. Damage occurring after signing the consignment note (so-called hidden damage) must be reported to the seller within 3 days. Damages reported after this period will not be compensated.
We will only accept comments on transport damage for goods transported under a freight contract with Rastec Sisälogistiikka Oy. It is the customer's responsibility to take responsibility for transport damage to products transported under their own contract.
Notifications concerning the quality of the goods or other defects must be made to the seller within 5 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.
Transfer of ownership and retention of title in our online shop
Please note that, in accordance with the Commercial Code, the ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer only upon transfer of control of the goods, unless otherwise agreed. The terms of delivery of this online shop use a retention of title clause, which means that the ownership of the product remains with the seller until the full purchase price has been paid in full. The buyer will therefore not acquire full ownership of the product until the purchase price has been paid in full. The rights and obligations of the buyer in relation to the product are governed by the Commercial Code and the terms and conditions of use of this online shop
In the course of the transaction, we shall comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Technical Trade Association TKL04
For consumers
According to the Consumer Protection Act, if a consumer cancels a contract, he must bear the cost of returning the goods. For cancellations or returns, please contact our sales department first on (03) 733 4613
