The load capacity of the column element of the box pallet rack P90 is expressed as the permissible load it can carry on horizontal beams in one rack section. The total load of a forklift shelf is affected by the distance of the lowest beam from the floor, i.e. the height of the lowest part of the column where there is no horizontal beam support. The slenderness/height of this section determines the total load above it.
Filler plates and anchors to be ordered separately
Galvanised surface treatment
Heights 4000 - 7500 mm
Load capacity 11 tonnes/pole spacing
Rated and strength tested according to SFS-EN 15512

The P90 series has three column thicknesses (L - M - H), from which we can calculate the column and beam combination that suits you. This is important, as optimising the combination can lead to significant savings in procurement costs. The longest beam does not always offer the most cost-effective combination.
The column elements of a pallet rack are usually supplied in sections to save on freight volume. However, we can assemble the elements ready for erection on request.
When ordering pallet rack components, please also take into account the installation accessories, which are not included in the price of the element. Wedge anchors are required for fixing to the floor (1 per post) and filler plates (thickness 1mm) to mount the elements vertically.
A wide range of impact and end protectors are available to protect the columns and elements of the pallet rack.
