Field level

The mezzanine provides more floor space and the use of waste cubes. The design of the mezzanine is flexible and allows for a fully customised dimensioning.

The level, which is placed on a steel frame structure, is dimensioned according to the required load-bearing capacity and coated as required. Standard steel railings are installed on the free edges and gates are installed in the loading openings. The required number of stairs will be installed at the desired points for access to the platform.

The mezzanine level can also be installed above low shelves, allowing the creation of a second floor for offices, packing rooms, shops or break-out areas, for example.

Applications of level and tier solutions:

- Various types of warehouses - for example, slower moving products can be stored in a small warehouse built on top of the mezzanine.

- Workstations can be located above the storage areas, where it is quieter to work.

- Service, maintenance and installation levels at a suitable working height next to large machinery and equipment.

- Display and demonstration areas adjacent to the production area or warehouse.

- Offices, break rooms or social rooms in their own privacy adjacent to the production and storage areas.

- Separate, open space for the packing room on the mezzanine level, so that it is not distracted from the warehouse.
