Product description
Speed and efficiency based on speed zones, fast and quieter, combined with a two-pallet exchange system. Safety is first class thanks to speed zones, pallet locking, safety light curtains and emergency stop.
The storage machine has ample storage space due to the large pallets and can be optimised with 25 mm vertical accuracy. There is no wasted space and the storage dispenser allows both pre-locked pallet positions and flexible interchangeable positions. In addition, the pallet map can be easily modified whenever required by software without any mechanical work. The height of the warehouse can be utilised to an accuracy of 100 mm, so that the full height of the space can be utilised.
The drive opening has two pallet positions which, combined with the group picking offered by the Windows-based warehouse management system, provide an unbeatable combination for picking products. This combination takes efficiency to a new level when multiple orders are collected at the same time.
