Variogate 18 - Outdoor type

Compact tilting forklift gate for mezzanine and working level loading bays. The gate allows safe transfer of goods at height and operates completely within the installation area - no swing-out. The lightweight design is particularly suitable for low-lying areas and sites where space is critical.

The TÜV type-approved unit meets key EN and ISO requirements for industrial environments.

Technical specifications:

Suitable for loads (max): height 1 800 mm; load width options 1 200 / 1 600 / 2 000 / 2 600 mm; load depth 1 300 mm.

Dimensions of installation space: height 2 089 mm; width options 1 600 / 2 000 / 2 400 / 3 000 mm; depth: fixed supports 805 mm, swivel section 1 580 mm; turning radius 1 963 mm (measured from edge of platform).

Construction and finish: powder-coated steel, standard colour yellow RAL 1028; special colours, materials and dimensions available on request.

The dimensions above refer to the standard Variogate 18 dimensions. When designing, please take into account any overhangs outside the platform and the equipment to be used (forklift / crane) to ensure that the installation space and approach area are correctly dimensioned. An SD version of the model is also available, suitable for installation behind sliding and fire doors or in thick wall constructions.
