Variogate 30 - Guillotine type

Space-saving vertical lift gate for loading openings on mezzanines and working platforms. The structure operates entirely within the installation area. No turning circle and no swing-out, making the solution suitable for applications where depth is limited or access routes are narrow. Balanced, roller-bearing lift makes operation light and quiet, and when raised, the floor remains unobstructed. Several standard sizes are available, as well as customised versions to suit the site, including for through-wall installations or for higher than normal loads.

Technical data:

Suitable load height (standard): 1600 / 1800 / 2000 mm.

Suitable load width: 1200 / 1600 / 2000 / 2600 mm*; load depth: 1400 mm. The widths take into account the approach clearance on both sides.

Installation space dimensions (standard): height 3275 mm; width 1600 / 2000 / 2400 / 3000 mm; depth: fixed supports 420 mm + sliding part 1600 mm. Also available in depth options 1600, 1700, 1963, 2218, 2250, 2430 and 3477 mm.

Transport direction to the opening: sideways or straight ahead (selectable).

Finish and materials: powder-coated steel, standard colour RAL 1028 yellow; special colours and materials (e.g. rst/galvanised) on request.

When designing, please consider: possible overhang of the load outside the platform, approach areas required by the forklift/lift truck, and the effect of sizing on handrails and safety nets. If necessary, implementation as a through-wall installation.
