Variogate 360 - Reversible model

Rotating forklift gate for loading openings on mezzanines and working platforms where space behind the opening is limited or where a crane is used and a high load height is required. The gate rotates on its own pedestal, keeping the movement completely within the installation area. The design allows unlimited load height and includes a metal loading bridge as standard for smooth load transfer.

Design tip: take into account the possible overhang of the load outside the pallet and the approach areas required by the forklift/crane. Select the mounting height and depth according to the opening, roof and any doorways - the rotating mechanism is particularly useful when rear space is limited or a crane track is in use.

Applicable load (standard): height unlimited; width 1300 mm; depth 1400 mm.

Installation space dimensions (standard): height 1150 mm; width 2351 mm; depth 1700 mm; turning radius 2121 mm.

Load capacity: loads of approximately ≤ 2 000 kg.

Finish and materials: powder-coated steel, standard RAL 1028 yellow; special colours and materials (e.g. rst/galvanised) possible.
