Treston shelf boxes, ESD

Treston's domestic ESD boxes provide an excellent solution for storing small items in the electronics industry and other demanding environments. These drawers are designed to be compatible with all standard shelving, cabinets, paternosters and industrial workstations. The unique stacking feature of the boxes allows boxes of different lengths but the same width to be stacked securely, optimising space utilisation. The straight walls of the boxes maximise storage space, while the corrugated base prevents small parts from sliding, making it easier to lift them from the bottom of the box. Each box includes a protective, non-half conductive label holder, providing a practical and secure way to label goods.

Made from semi-conductive polypropylene (PP), these boxes are ideal for static-sensitive components, offering a surface resistivity of between 10^3 and 10^6 ohms per square metre and dielectric conductivity in the same range. This ensures that Treston ESD boxes meet the stringent EU standards IEC 61340-5-1 as well as the FS 209 E standard for cleanliness, rating 10000, ensuring safe handling of products in the electronics industry.
