The buyer must always agree in advance with the seller on returns and/or exchanges. The return freight is paid by the sender. If no return has been agreed in advance, we will refund up to 80% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the goods when they reach us. The right of return does not apply to used, broken or special products or to large orders.
